Structure of the ComPact NSX250N high-performance multifunctional molded case circuit breaker
Schneider's ComPact NSX250N is a high-performance molded case circuit breaker designed for medium and low voltage power distribution systems, suitable for circuit protection and isolation in three-phase power grids. This model has a three-pole structure, a rated current of up to 250A, an operating voltage range of up to 690V AC, a breaking capacity of 50kA at the commonly used 415V, and good short-circuit protection. NSX250N can be equipped with a variety of trip units, including traditional thermal magnetic (TMD) and magnetic (MA) trip units, suitable for overload and short-circuit protection of general loads or motor circuits; it also supports more advanced Micrologic electronic trip units (such as 2.2 or 5.2 models), with accurate current measurement, fault recording and communication functions to meet the needs of intelligent power distribution.
The circuit breaker is compact in appearance, about 105mm in width, and is flexible to install. It can be installed as a fixed type in various electrical cabinets. Its modular design allows users to flexibly select accessories such as auxiliary contacts, undervoltage releases, underfrequency modules, etc. according to different application requirements. NSX250N is widely used in commercial buildings, industrial facilities and basic power distribution systems. It can be used for line protection, motor circuit protection and branch protection. It complies with international standards such as IEC 60947-2 and UL508 to ensure the safety and reliability of system operation, and is an ideal choice in modern power distribution systems.
