Schneider EZC circuit breaker + auxiliary contact

Welcome back to the video, where we will explain in detail the standard installation steps for the EasyPact EZC 160–250A circuit breaker and its EZCV160–250A AUX accessories.

Step 1: Preparation
Before starting the installation, be sure to disconnect the power supply and confirm that the tools used are complete. Check whether the circuit breaker and accessories are intact.

Step 2: Install the circuit breaker body

Confirm that the installation location is flat, and select panel installation or rail installation according to the wiring method.

Fix the EZC 160–250A circuit breaker on the distribution box or equipment panel, and tighten the four corners evenly with screws.

Connect the cable, connect the input and output wires according to the corresponding L1, L2, L3 and N terminals, and use a torque wrench to tighten the terminals according to the specified torque.

Step 3: Auxiliary contact module installation (EZCV160–250A AUX)

Open the side cover or accessory compartment of the EZC circuit breaker to expose the accessory installation position.

Insert the auxiliary contact module into the designated interface position, pay attention to the direction, and push it to the bottom.

After the module is inserted, a slight "click" sound should be heard, indicating that it is correctly in place.

Use screws to fix the auxiliary module and connect the control circuit wire to the auxiliary contact terminal.

Step 4: Check and test
Check whether all wiring is firm and clear.

Close the side cover again and confirm that there are no loose parts.

Restore the power supply and use the test button or external signal to simulate the trigger to ensure that the circuit breaker and the auxiliary module function normally.

At this point, the installation of the EasyPact EZC circuit breaker and the EZCV auxiliary module is complete.
