The TeSys LR9G 500A thermal overload relay is designed for compatibility with TeSys Giga high power contactors and features push-in control connections. It offers comprehensive protections, including phase imbalance, phase failure, in-built ground-fault, and single-phase load protections. This relay supports both manual and auto reset options and includes an LED indicator for motor ON status and pre-trip alarms.The relay provides selectable tripping classes ranging from class 5E to class 30E, accommodating various application needs from fast tripping to general purpose and high inertia loads. It is suitable for independent mounting or direct mounting with LC1G contactors. It ensures IP2x protection on the front face with shrouds, conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards. The relay can operate in ambient air temperatures from -25°C to 60°C without derating up to an altitude of 3000 meters.
