Description

The TeSys Giga high-power contactor is a 3-pole device for AC-3 applications up to 185A and 110kW@440V. It features a 100-250V AC/DC low-consumption electronic coil and a reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block. Designed for demanding environments, it supports up to 600 cycles per hour and operates up to 60°C.
With 5 million cycles of mechanical durability, it ensures long-term reliability. It includes a Local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) function for continuous health monitoring. The replaceable switching module extends the contactor's life.
Mountable in any orientation, it allows maintenance without removing cables or busbars, and an overload relay (OLR) can be directly mounted beneath it. Power connections are bolted, and control connections use spring terminals, accessible from the front for easy replacement.
