[Uc] control circuit voltage: 48...130 V AC 50/60 Hz
Version: Standard version
The TeSys Giga high-power contactor is a robust 3-pole (3 NO) device designed for AC-3 applications up to 185A and 110kW@440V. It features a low-consumption 48-130V AC/DC electronic coil and a reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block. Ideal for demanding environments, it supports up to 600 cycles per hour and operates in temperatures up to 60°C.
With a mechanical durability of 5 million cycles, it ensures long-term reliability. The Local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) function offers continuous monitoring with health and alarm indicators. The switching module can be replaced to extend the contactor's lifespan.
The contactor can be mounted in any position, allowing maintenance without removing cables or busbars, and an overload relay (OLR) can be directly mounted underneath. It features bolted power connections and spring control terminals for easy front access.
Providing IP2x front-face protection, it meets IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 standards. Operating in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 60°C and up to 3000m altitude without derating, its compact dimensions (255mm x 108mm x 175mm) save panel space. Certified to multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACH), it includes a QR code for quick access to product data.
