Contactor, high power, TeSys Giga, advanced version, AC-3,
Manufacturer: Schneider Electric
[Ie] rated operational current: 185A
[Uc] control circuit voltage: 48...130V AC 50/60 Hz
Version: Standard version
The TeSys Giga high-power contactor is designed for AC-3 applications up to 185A and 110kW at 440V, featuring 3 poles (3 NO). It includes a 48-130V AC/DC low-consumption electronic coil, PLC output control, and a reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA). Built for demanding applications, it supports up to 600 cycles per hour and operates in environments up to 60°C. It boasts a mechanical durability of 5 million cycles for high reliability. Standard features include Local and Remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) with continuous monitoring and alarm indicators. The main contacts can be replaced, enhancing the contactor's lifespan. It can be installed in any orientation, allowing maintenance without removing cables or busbars, with an OLR mountable directly below. Power connections use bolted connections, and control connections are spring terminals, easily accessible from the front. The device provides IP2x protection with shrouds, in compliance with IEC 60529 and VDE 0106. It operates in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 60°C and can be mounted directly on a plate, with no derating up to 3000m altitude. The dimensions are 255mm x 108mm x 175mm (H x W x D), making it compact and space-saving. Certified to multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACH), it features a unique QR code for quick access to product data.
