Description

The TeSys Giga is a high-power contactor with 3 poles (3 NO) designed for AC-3 applications up to 185A and 110kW at 440V. It comes with a 24-48V AC/DC low-consumption electronic coil, PLC output control, and a reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA). Ideal for demanding use, it supports up to 600 cycles per hour and works in temperatures up to 60°C. It offers high reliability with a mechanical durability of 5 million cycles. Standard features include local and remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) with continuous monitoring and alarm indicators. The main contacts can be replaced, extending the device's life. It can be installed in any position, allowing maintenance without disconnecting cables or busbars, and an OLR can be mounted directly below. Power connections are made with bolted connections, and control connections use spring terminals, accessible from the front. It provides IP2x protection with shrouds, compliant with IEC 60529 and VDE 0106, and operates in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 60°C with no derating up to 3000m altitude. The dimensions are 255mm x 108mm x 175mm (H x W x D), saving panel space. The contactor is certified to multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and is Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACH).
