TeSys Giga high power contactor, 3 poles (3 NO) for category AC-3 applications up to 115A 75kW@440V. It provides a 24-48V AC/DC wide band low consumption electronic coil, PLC output control and embedded highly reliability 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA). Designed for demanding applications with maximum operating rates up to 600 cycles per hour and environments until 60°C. It procures high reliability and durability with 5 Mcycles mechanical durability. Local and Remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as standard function, continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. It is possibility to replace switching module (main contacts), enhancement contactor life. Contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, maintenance without removing cables/busbars, and OLR could be directly mounted below contactor.
