TeSys D contactors are designed for seamless integration into control systems, making them ideal for creating motor starters for almost any application. Available in 13 ratings, these contactors support inductive motor applications up to 150 full-load amps and resistive loads up to 200 amps. This 18A inductive 3-pole IEC contactor can be mounted on a DIN rail or directly on a panel. They feature both horsepower and kW motor ratings for global compatibility.

The contactor is rated for the following:

- 5HP at 200-208VAC, 5HP at 240VAC, 10HP at 480VAC, and 15HP at 600VAC for three-phase.

- 1HP at 115VAC and 3HP at 240VAC for single-phase.

When paired with a 480VAC circuit breaker up to 60A, it achieves a Short-Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of up to 85kA. When used with a 600VAC 40A Class J or CC fuse, it achieves an SCCR of up to 100kA. The contactor includes a 42 VAC 50/60 Hz coil and features one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact, with the NC contact being mirror certified. Screw clamp terminals are used for load and auxiliary connections.
