The Allen-Bradley 1734-TOP3S is a POINT I/O terminal Base. This part is a one-piece terminal base without an option of a removable terminal block for wire connection. The 1734-TOP3S is a 12-terminal spring-clamp terminal base, ideally used over a POINT I/O system when there is a need for fast and secure wiring of field devices. These devices are connected to the corresponding I/O module effortlessly over the 1734-TOP3S terminal base. The terminal base is installed directly on the DIN-rail with vertical or horizontal orientation, providing backplane communication connections and enabling field power bus distribution. One of the advanced options for this terminal base is a mechanical key setting which is in charge of Incorrect I/O module installation prevention. There is no need for tools when assembling the POINT I/O module. The connection between an I/O module and the terminal base is done in one click.
